Return Policy

RETURN POLICY AND ELIGIBILITY:

*All Jewelry, Accessories, Headbands, Handbags, and SALE items are FINAL SALE.

*Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. If you chose local drop off at check out, returns are accepted within 14 days of the day the order was fulfilled. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer refunds to your original method of payment. 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be received within 14 days of the delivery date or drop off date (depending on your method of receival: shipment or local drop off) of your order. Your item(s) must be new, unused, and show no signs of wear. All tags must be attached to each item.

If any items being returned arrive after the 14 day period or show any signs of wear or damage, we unfortunately will not be able to process it and have to send them back to you.

Store credit is returned in the form of an e-gift card or discount code to the email address we have on file or that was used at checkout. All store credit is valid for one year from the date of the return.

All gift cards are valid for one year before they expire.

Returns cost will be deducted from store credit refund. Store credit will be issued once item(s) are received.
